Who I AM
I’m 21 and I’ve already been through every phase — skinny-fat, chubby, overweight, motivated for a week, then back to square one.
I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not mess with what you see.
But I also know this — you can change. For real.
I didn’t use crazy diets or secret workouts. I just locked in. Learned what actually works. Built discipline. Stayed consistent even when I didn’t feel like it.
In a few months, everything shifted. My body changed — but more importantly, my mindset did.
Now I help other people do the same.
No starving yourself. No cutting out all the foods you grew up on.
I’m Hispanic, I still eat arroz, tortillas, pan dulce, all of it. You don’t have to stop being you to level up.
You just need structure. Accountability. And someone who’s actually been there.
